I grew up in Shenzhen and studied in Hong Kong and Charlottesville. I’m now based in the Bay Area.

Outside of research, you can find me lifting weights, bouldering, and playing golf. I’m also into League of Legends, competitive programming, chess, and GeoGuessr.

I like watching thriller and sci-fi films. I also like reading Japanese literature and math textbooks. I think a lot about our future with AI, especially how we treat it morally and legally. Happy to chat!
